At GasyWay, we understand that unforeseen events are part of travel. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our travelers while protecting our local partners who incur costs to prepare for your stay.

2. Cancellation by GasyWay
If GasyWay or its partners are forced to cancel a service (dangerous weather conditions, safety issue, force majeure), we will systematically offer you:
- A rescheduling date at no extra cost
- An alternative activity of equivalent value
- A full refund without any fee deduction
3. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances
"Serenity Madagascar" Policy
In case of tropical cyclone, major political unrest, or border closure, GasyWay applies a maximum flexibility policy (postponement valid for 18 months or refund).
4. How to Cancel?
To cancel a booking, you must:
- Log in to your GasyWay account
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Select the relevant booking and click "Cancel"
- Or contact us directly by email at support@gasyway.com with your booking number.
The date of receipt of the written request (email or via the platform) prevails for the calculation of fees.
